The quote tool

The quote tool collects gender, date of birth, self-reported health, tobacco status, desired benefit and preferred term. This information is passed to a carrier quoting service for rate calculation and is not retained by this website. No identity, address, phone or email is needed to view quotes. Repeat identical requests may return cached results so the service is not called repeatedly.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your prior answers are used to fill in a secure application on the carriers' system; you then follow that platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, handles your application.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, reply method, subject area and message. Email delivers it to the agency, using your email as the reply address. This site does not archive submissions, maintain a contact database or log message contents. A quick anti-spam check operates in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This platform measures page traffic using server-based, cookie-free analytics from this domain. No cookies or stored identifiers are active; your IP address is masked before storage; query strings on referrer pages are stripped; unprocessed logs are removed after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We do not resell or share personal data, deploy ad trackers, or include third-party measurement scripts. The only outside script present is the carriers' platform on the apply page, loaded solely if you visit there.
